●Conditions of Applying for Italina VIP Card
Silver Card: During the promotion period, any customer who has made a purchase of over 188 RMB at a time over an Italina counter or in an Italina shop may fill out the Italina VIP Application Form as requested and claim the Silver Card to become an Italina Silver Card VIP Customer. After the promotion period, any customer who has made a purchase of over 588 RMB at a time may fill out the Italina VIP Application Form as requested and claim the Silver Card to become an Italina Silver Card VIP Customer.

●Terms of Italina VIP Card
Gold Card: A Silver Card VIP Customer who has made an accumulated purchase of 2,888 RMB (as paid amount) over an Italina counter or in an Italina shop within 1 year from the date of the launch of this promotion may apply for a Gold Card and be upgraded to an Italina Gold Card VIP Customer. The old Silver Card will become invalid upon the upgrade.

●Italina VIP Privileges and Rights
Privileges: Within the validity of VIP cards, Silver Card VIP Customers receive 12% discount and Gold Card VIP Customers 20% discount except for items of sales promotion and special offers. Discounts are available against a valid VIP Card before check-out.

● Rights
1.All VIP Customers receive a New Year gift from Italina by mail at the end of the year.
2.All VIP Customers receive a nice gift with greeting from Italina on their birthday.
3.All VIP Customers are eligible for the VIP credit program. One credit is given for every 1 RMB (as paid amount) purchase automatically on an accumulative basis. Credits accumulated to the specified amount during their validity can be used in exchange for presents. Credits will be deducted accordingly after the exchange.

● Terms of Italina VIP Card
1.Credits are accumulated by year valid until December 31. The amount is reset for accumulation from January 1 the following year. Validity of credits for the year 2003 is extended to December 31, 2004;
2.No credit can be exchanged for cash;
3.Credits used in exchange of presents must be from the VIP Card of the owner. Credits of more than one VIP Cards will not be combined;
4.Credits must be accumulated to the specified amount in order to be valid in exchange for presents;
5.Under no circumstance an application for exchange can be cancelled by the customer. Deducted credits will not be returned. Presents issued will not be encashed or changed to other items;
6.Credit information is available at our website www.italina.com.cn;
7.VIP Cards are valid for 2 years. Cards issued in 2003 are valid until December 31, 2005. Renewal and new card issuance will be processed according to Italina policies and procedures;
8.Loss of a VIP Card will not be registered. A VIP Card can be used only by its owner;
9.The right of interpretation of this program belongs to Italina.
