1.All products are guaranteed for 1 year commencing from
the date of purchase. Free of charge repairing will be
offered against the Guarantee Card or sales invoice.
The guarantee is offered only against damages caused by
congenital defects under normal use of the product for
the guarantee period.
2.Free of charge repairing service is offered to Gold
Card VIP customers against the Guarantee Card and the
VIP Gold Card.
3.Repairing service charge at 12% discount is offered
beyond the guarantee period to Silver Card VIP customers
against the Guarantee Card and the VIP Silver Card.
4.No altered Guarantee Card or voucher will be accepted.
5.Italina (Holdings) Ltd. reserves the right to interpret
any of these terms and conditions.

1.Online shopping service will be provided to customers
registered at our website.
2.Online shopping customers are entitled to the same after-sales
service as other customers.

1.Silver Card: During the promotion period, any customer
who has made a purchase of over 188 RMB at a time over
an Italina counter or in an Italina shop may fill out
the Italina VIP Application Form as requested and claim
the Silver Card to become an Italina Silver Card VIP Customer.
After the promotion period, any customer who has made
a purchase of over 588 RMB at a time may fill out the
Italina VIP Application Form as requested and claim the
Silver Card to become an Italina Silver Card VIP Customer.
2.Gold Card: A Silver Card VIP Customer who has made an
accumulated purchase of 2,888 RMB (as paid amount) over
an Italina counter or in an Italina shop within 1 year
from the date of the launch of this promotion may apply
for a Gold Card and be upgraded to an Italina Gold Card
VIP Customer. The old Silver Card will become invalid
upon the upgrade. |
